College of Design Posting Policy:
In order to maintain the aesthetic properties of the College of Design, prevent clutter, and ensure space for notices of university events, postings (i.e. physical documents like fliers containing notices, advertising, or messaging) are subject to the following policies.
- Postings may only be placed on bulletin boards that are put up by and maintained by the UO.
- Postings may only be done by a UO unit or recognized UO ASUO student group.
- Postings must have the name of the sponsoring UO unit or student group.
- Postings must relate to a UO sponsored activity (e.g. upcoming College of Design or other UO-sponsored events, UO research opportunities, lecture series).
- Postings may be no larger than an 11×17 sheet of paper.
- Postings may not be placed over each other.
- Postings will be removed from this bulletin if they do not comply with these posting requirements, relate to an event that has passed, or have been posted for longer than one month.
